The following services are generally provided under our fixed fee pricing models. If your request is with respect to one of these services, you don’t need to provide any specific further details in the above form to obtain a quote. Simply select the checkbox for the relevant service category in the form and we will send you information about our fixed fee pricing.

• A written letter of tax advice addressing the Small Business CGT Concessions (our SBCGT Advice service).

• Assistance responding to an ATO technical position on any topic during an audit or in order to lodge an objection (our ATO Compliance Assist service).

• Technical assistance preparing an ATO private ruling request on any topic (our ATO Rulings Assist service).

If your request for a quote is with respect to our General Advice service (written advice or other technical or practical assistance not covered by our primary service categories listed above) the below is an indication of the basic information you should include in the further details section of the above form.

• The general area of tax law which your issue relates to.

• A brief explanation of the circumstances and any key background facts.

• A short description of the specific issue or point you need assistance with.

• Details of anything that you specifically want or need the scope of advice to include (or exclude).

• Whether it is written tax advice you require or some other form of technical or practical support.
